The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Are you trying to copy to a windows folder or to the IFS? If you type WRKLNK
and press enter, can you see your destination folder? If you can see that
destination folder, there should be no reason for you to get garbage in your
output file. Just make sure your CCSID is set properly. Try using PCASCII as
the stream file code page.

It seems using QDLS is the only way to copy my query results into txt
files without having wildcards.
Because my problem is that I need to copy a query result to a txt file.
I can do it (with this forum support) to a windows folder. The problem
is that some information don't appear ok, because instead of data (text
or number) appears wildcards.
Obrigado,
Marco Silva

Marco,
Do NOT use QDLS unless you absolutely have to.

I create a share folder in QDLS. I can reach it from windows, I can even
delete folders, but I tried to copy a file into there and it didn't
allow me. The error was, DOS command error.
I have full permitions.
Thanks,
Marco
