Thanks Brian. I fired up Notepad. Put a one liner in there (that
everyone should have)
SELECT * FROM SYSIBM.SYSDUMMY1
Saved the file as c:\mydir\TEST.SQL
and went to it using Explorer, double clicked on it and it fired up.
Keep in mind that it uses "SQL naming" and not "SYSTEM naming". In other
words, use the period and not the slash to separate the library from the
file name.
