I am fairly new to the iSeries and need help finding out if there is a way to see all the jobs processed for a particular day and time. I need to find out what user printed out a particular report to a network printer. Is it possible to find this out through the iSeries?

Joe:

If your system is not currently configured to log such things as "what user printed out a particular report", then, perhaps no, you can't find out because... it wasn't logged.

_IF_ you have job accounting info being journaled for print resources, then you can see plenty of info about who printed what. The QACGJRN system journal should have entry code 'A' and entry type 'SP' entries. These entries will be logged if your QACGLVL system value includes the '*PRINT' option and the journal exists. Use the DSPJRN command as an initial way to review journal entries. Use the WRKSYSVAL command to maintain system values (or the DSPSYSVAL command for simple viewing).

There might be alternatives that depend on what else is being logged and how the report was generated and then routed to the printer. But I would rely on the accounting journal first.
