Special Instructions

User actions should be taken to insure this PTF and all of it's
requisite PTF's are permanently applied.

This fix is activated during the next IPL of the system after
the PTF has been applied.

After this PTF is applied, a SAVSYS should be done to create
a new recovery media which includes this fix.

Now I am wondering about that last paragraph. Who does a full system save
before applying ptf's, and another one (or at least a SAVSYS) afterwards?
Let's face it, doing a SAVSYS requires restricted state, right? Which
most people do an IPL to get out of (versus a STRSBS (your controlling
subsystem here, normally QCTL or QBASE)). So that adds that downtime also
(let alone, getting into restricted state in the first place).
