Tennessee has a "Right to Work" law which, by its name, seems to guarantee people a, well, right to work. In reality it gives employers the right to fire your ass for anything, or nothing. No grievance process; no due process; zilch. Part of any disaster recovery plan is to test the backup. The plan is a management issue, not a technical one. Did they have a D/R plan? Did they test it? My hypothesis is that there's no witch hunt because it leads (straight line) to the top.
