gee - if everyone should be fired after a big mistake -who would be left? Try some proper training, proper documentation & labelling, etc. In my early days I brought a system or two down while we restored files. Watched an IS Director giving a tour point to a System 34 and depressed the "Load" button. Hour or two to come back up.Nobody fired her.
