If you don't mind some programming, you might be interested in generating actual Excel files rather than CSV files, since that makes it possible for you to completely control the formatting. (You can set column headings, column widths, fonts, colors, landscape/portrait orientation, you name it...)

However, when you e-mail it, you'll need a better tool that SNDEMAIL, which doesn't properly support attachments or encodings.
