Error running Remote Command Cwbrxd.exe

I'm trying to run a remote command.  When I start the program on the PC I'm 
getting an error.  Does anyone know where I can look up the error or what the 
error is trying to tell me?

C:\WINDOWS\Cwbrxd.exe

IBM AS/400 Client Access for Windows 95/NT
Version 3  Release 2  Level 0
TCP/IP Remote Command Server
CWBAR1007 - Client Access CWBRXD has been started.
CWBAR1012 - Failure getting ready to process commands, error type is 5.
CWBAR1008 - Client Access CWBRXD is shutting down.
