Depends on your version of "seamless".  If I used a GUI tool, like iNav, 
to secure the cost field in the item master file in BPCS so that only 
certain users could read it would it then be unnoticable to the other 
users of the item master?  Not hardly.  How many canned packages specify 
only the fields they need on an RPG chain versus defaulting to all the 
fields?  You can bet the farm it isn't a package that generates their code 
with a CASE tool that the only enhancement in years is to take the final 
code and run a CVTRPGSRC on the end product.
