RE: V5R3 to V5R4 Upgrade

It's important.  Can't tell you exactly what it is, but it's pretty
vital to the OS AFAIK.  Some early V5R4 docs didn't mention that the
data for that LPP went on to the first disc in the D29xx_ set - try
spinning that one, too.

Just did a prepare for install and its telling me that 5722SS1 Option 3
Extended Base Directory Support is installed at V5R3 but not on V5R4
installation media.

Done some quick searching but exactly what is Option 3 used for?  --->
before I panic......
