What about the QPRTTXT system value
<Help> QPRTTXT - Help
Print text. This system value is used to print up to 30 characters
of text on the bottom of listings and separator pages. The QPRTTXT
system value is used for system and subsystem monitor jobs and is
the system-wide default print text for all other jobs.
A change to this system value takes effect for jobs that start after
it is changed. The shipped value is *BLANK.

Be aware this can be overridden at the printfile level and at the job level
and probably several other levels as well.
