Great idea. Concentrate on quality, not quantity. Makes managers happy, which leads to more people being able to attend. Fly out on Sunday, back on Thursday. And drop the weekend before labs. Concentrate everything in the Mon-Thu timeframe. Throw out sessions that aren't well attended.
