Any other service tool id you may have (such as CHUCK) is/may still be valid. At any rate it is not affected by Al's suggestion (CHGDSTPWD). Once you have that you can change/add/delete the others. A very important thing to remember is that the password in DST/SST is case sensitive. I forgot that once and blew away my access to DST. Fortunately CHGDSTPWD reset it and everything was cool after that.
