How to display RFTDCA /TFTAS400 documents on PC

Hi There,

 

I want to view the RFTDCA and RFTAS400 files using any editor on PC preferably 
MS-Word. 

I have copied these documents to my desktop using the operations navigator.

While looking for information on Midrange, in one of the discussion threads I 
found that I am required to download and install a RFTDCA converter from 
Microsoft website (oconv.exe), I downloaded and installed this file which is 
available for office 2003 now. Unfortunately It did not work. I am not very 
sure if I could get the correct file. I am using office 2000 on Windows 2000 
professional OS.

 

Any help on this is solemnly appreciated.
