The trouble with that is a number like 21 would be rounded to 20.  I believe
the request was to round to the next higher ten so 21 would round to 30. 

I can't think of any way to do this other than:
EVAL TempNumber = 
        ((YourNumber / 10) + 1) * 10

TempNumber would have 0 decimal positions.
