I noticed that the stream has 'single' quotes rather
than "double" quotes...hmmmmm what's up with that ???
I missed the X'41' trick ...where did you find that ???

I got it working with the hex41 example, and copied exactly one record
instead of the previous 7. Here's a clip from the job log:

Notice that the hex41 plugs in a trailing blank for both the location and
