Hmmm, this is interesting. I'd have to conduct some tests to see when the
journal entries are actually written, of course.
Pity one can't attach a trigger or a data queue to a journal.

The HLD status item makes this difficult to be sure. A thought... perhaps a
monitor program against either the audit journal or job accounting journal
could catch spooled file activity at the times you'd need?
