The problem is that you have to sign in as STRSST's QSECOFR to reset the
normal OS/400 QSECOFR.
He knows neither.

Larry,
If the system can be brought up in DST, can't the QSECOFR password be reset
without loading SLIC?
I was under the impression that as long as it was the system console being
used, the QSECOFR profile could be reset from DST.  That sure beats having
to to reload SLIC and re-applying PTF's.
