Perhaps, but I have a vague recollection of WinNT on PowerPC a number of years ago. I recall that on-going licensing issues, probably along with all the other MS vs. IBM issues, halted any further development talks. A long way from Win2003 Server for sure, but I'd expect the rift to still be wide. I'd particularly expect that MS sees zero advantage in cooperating.
