Email forwarding

I am trying to forward email sent to my AS400 profile. eg.
MYNAME@xxxxxxxxxxxx

I can successfully forward when mail is sent from another AS400, but not
with a mail sent from a Unix box.

 mailx -s "tony test" MYNAME@[ip address]

I can see the mail coming in but not forwarding.

I have traced using TRCTCPAPP and it looks like it cannot deliver, but can't
see why.

Any help appreciated.
