When you do your DLTUSRPRF (delete user profile) command, you can specify
that any objects owned by that user should be changed.

For example:
     DLTUSRPRF USRPRF(KLEMSCOT) OWNOBJOPT(*CHGOWN QPGMR)

Would change any objects owned by "KLEMSCOT" to be owned by QPGMR instead,
and then delete the user profile.

If you're using the WRKUSRPRF screen to delete the user profile, you can
get these extra options by first placing the 4 (for "delete") next to
the user you want, then pressing F4  (instead of ENTER)
