Jerry, For a garden variety user, the bulk of what they own are spool files they have stashed away. Try using WRKSPLF <user id> to see what you are up against and target for cleanup. Programmers are more difficult to handle because they tend have *MANY objects that they own. Our policy here is that the person leaving and their manager review what is owned by the person leaving. Anything of relevance is the manager's responsibility. Once the person leaves, the user profile is disabled. After 10 business days the profile is deleted. If any objects remain, they are trashed.
