Andy,

You already have it on the media that OS/400 and Licensed Program Products 
shipped on.  All you have to do is find those for the release of OS/400 you 
are running and use the menu LICPGM  Option 11 to load BRMS from that media.

Make sure you apply the PTF's from from the last CUME package you loaded also.
