When I used 'CHGUSRPRF USRPRF(RMT_USER) CURLIB(MYLIB)' it worked as I wanted it to. I was on the phone with the user when I told them to go to their main menu and wait. While they were waiting I issued the 'CHGUSRPRF' command and told them to go ahead and run their option. When they were finished I just used 'CHGUSRPRF' to change it back to the original CURLIB.
