That's pretty cool - a lot of these are things that used to require a monthly support line contract. But I didn't see anything like this offering, as described below from the support/fixes site

- Available to US iSeries and AS/400 Monthly Support Line Contract customers
When ordering PTFs on Media (CD-ROM) via the Internet, you must:
-- Be a United States (US) iSeries or AS/400 Monthly Support Line Contract customer AND be
-- Registered to use the Internet Facility.

Is this also included? This is the link to IBM's fulfillment center in Boulder, CO.

Thanks

Vern

Vern,

IBM published their announcements on Friday, so there are some details
and pricing available which weren't out there after the conference call.
I've pasted below a snippet from announcement 203-005, relating to the
Software Maintenance options. It's a partial bullet list of their Remote
Support offering. It seems to indicate that they don't proofread very
well and will be providing full internet PTF support through their
required maintenance offering.
