Vern, IBM published their announcements on Friday, so there are some details and pricing available which weren't out there after the conference call. I've pasted below a snippet from announcement 203-005, relating to the Software Maintenance options. It's a partial bullet list of their Remote Support offering. It seems to indicate that they don't proofread very well and will be providing full internet PTF support through their required maintenance offering.
