Greetings - Not sure if this is exactly what you are seeking, but we do have
a FREE (how I hate to use that word!) downloadable tool called INQUIRY/400
that may help you.

To describe it in one sentence: Query's main output is paper, whilst
Inquiry/400 will output to the screen.

Folks -

Would any of you have anecdotes/suggestions/etc. regarding the
implementation of simplified reporting tools?

More specifically, we are considering NGS-IQ, SEQUEL and BCD (ProGen
Plus), and are very interested in ad-hoc inquiry clients.
