DON'T Delete these libraries with DLTLIB.  Use the "Remove Licensed
Programs" option on the LICPGM menu to remove S/36, S/38 environment and
*PRV support for the language compilers  - this will remove or clear these
libraries.

Note that you won't be able to compile and save programs for previous
releases once this is done (TGTRLS parm)...
