This printer has "many" models(15-20) and can be attached at
least a six different ways to the AS/400. You really need
to figure which flavor.... The model is usually on a tag
on the lower back of the unit. It is also stored in the
firmware and can be printed out.

Just for starters, how is it attached ??? Twinax or through
a terminal port, or through a pc ???

I just checked a few models and all that I could determine,
all models support 12cpi.....

Exactly what error are you getting ???

Are you running in a S/36EE using OCL or native using clp ???
