The posted link described the order of the wires, but I didn't see the
description of which pairs are actually used.  In case you are curious, it's
pins 1, 2, 3, and 6 (basically the orang and green pairs.)  Some cables are
made with only those four wires connected.  I personally use all 8 because
you never know when you may need that cable for a dumb terminal (pins 4 and
5 on our baluns) or something else.
