To my thinking, every (modern) system has an interactive card, or some sort or another. If you upgrade from one interactive feature (even 0) to another, IBM will provide the new card, and take back the other. If you chose to sell your new interactive card, subsequently, your system may be a vegetable unless you get another. If I buy a tape drive and I discover that I don't need it anymore I can clearly sell it (correct me if I'm wrong), so it seems that other hardware such a an interactive feature card should be treated the same way... _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
