can you ping reliatek.com?  without the www.

did you enter the dns in lower case?

do you have a host as www with the ip address of your as400?

Can send me screen captures directly of your dns configuration?

I setup my 400 as the only DNS and I can ping the 400, but I can't ping
www.reliatek.com
