Indeed that was my understanding.
I originally posted the mail and I replied exactly to the specific
problem that Paul had, identifying myself clearly as a vendor.

I think that it is one of the objectives of a mailing list...
if someone has problems but nobody can give solutions it wouldn't be so
useful, would it?

Control products, you can bet I will mention something about
Implementer.
I do require that vendors identify themselves as such ... don't try and
represent yourself as a happy user of your own product (even if you
are).
