Have a customers system (V4R5) where there are presently 28 (twenty-eight)
QTSMTPCLTP prestart jobs running amok and combining to drive CPU
utilization to 100%. Tried ENDMSF, ENDTCPSVR *SMTP, downloading and
applying PTF SF66381, STRMSF MSGOPT(*CLEAR), STRTCPSVR *SMTP - and it does
the same thing all over again. That usually cures it, but seems to have
no effect here. Any ideas ?
