This one is too funny.  I've been at two locations where the actual *vault*
was a reinforced room with a vault door, and path of least resistance was
through two ceiling tiles.

I'd work with a building contractor on this one.  The vault doors I've
worked with are not designed (IMO) for daily traffic.  At least five times
in fifteen years I've seen vault doors get stuck, always closed, sometimes
with folks inside.  You need a good steel door with protected hinges bolts
on side, top, and bottom, and a release system that meets your fire codes.
