Do a search for "FTP" at this page on the IBM AS/400 web site:

You should get about 100 hits or so with things on FTP and the AS/400.
There is also an excellant bit on FTP in the old AS/400 Technical Studio, if
you can find it on IBM's AS/400 web site.
