The latest AS/400 Domino version is 5.0.8.  So Jon, the decision is not
just what email client you run but what server software you work with.
As Christopher mentioned, only Exchange and Domino offers the workgroup
functions you are looking for.  If an AS/400 is your only server, Domino
is the only choice; unless you want to use Office Vision ;).  If the
server OS is Windoze, Exchange and Domino are the options.
