Or at least I hope so. <g> But then RRN from the INFDS could be used as part of the algorithm, or some middle digits of the account number, or whatever. And it could be that it wouldn't really be a problem in this scenario anyway -- it doesn't seem like an even distribution of the PIN numbers should be a prerequsite.
