That's part of the problem, they have regular old modems, no cable or DSL... Are you thinking that nothing I do will provide a reasonable increase in speed until we get off of modems ? Our situation is that we are a small company and the sales folks are responsible for their own computers, etc. so cable modems or DSL might not be an option...
