Interesting questions. What percentage of PC buyers buy their PC to develop
a brand new application on it?  Let's see, I've heard the figure 60 million
as the number of PC's out there. Let's say for the sake of argument that 50
million run Win-something. And how many developers? A million? That would be
2%. Two million? 4%? So does that make Windows a legacy system?
