Neeraj: The mix of OPM and ILE can be an issue depending on how activation groups are created and destroyed and other factors. You might eventually need to make modifications in the ILE programming to handle the task fully. I'd begin with a simple investigation of handling this in a pure OPM environment. That will simplify it and let you tackle a piece at a time. Go back to ENDRQS and look up "request processing programs" to see how ending a 'request' relates to ending call levels. By turning some of your programs into request processing programs, you can take better advantage of ENDRQS. When you use DSPJOB OPTION(*PGMSTK), note the first column 'Rqs Lvl' and how it relates to the various program or procedure call stack entries. This gets you going on what happens when you end a request with ENDRQS and on how to determine what the return point will be. When you're comfortable with request processing, any remaining issues can be cleared up.
