Again, I would ask that we not pigeon-hole a new list to Windows, or IBM CEOs, or IBM marketing, or politics, or Ayn Rand. Traffic on the new ISN Citizens list is just about non-existent now.
All I would ask is for a new list that would segregate the technical and non-technical posts. Keep (?) the non-technical posts on MIDRANGE-L and add a new list for strictly technical "general" questions on the IBM midrange. By "general" I mean stuff that isn't already covered by the other specific technical lists that David hosts, like RPG400-L, MI400-L, etc. Call the new list MIDRANGE-TECH-L.
Pretty please.

Yes, I suggested this a month or so ago. Because us midrange people have a
different perspective then the windows people, and just because we're
completely ignorant of some windows info doesn't mean we're dumb as rocks.
(Who knows - maybe MS products crash and succumb to bugs because of the
mentality of the sys admins and programmers??)
Anyway, count me in for a Windows for Midrange Professionals list. Not for
a general free for all, though, because the posts would be too long. It's
why I didn't sign up for the iNation list.
