I haven't done the math, but I believe that if you were to plot the cost
of interactive CPW from the B10 series through the 8xx series, you would
find that the cost per interactive CPW is declining.  I'm not aware of
any technical reasons for the pricing of interactive feature codes.  It
is just a way of charging about the same (or slightly less) for a BPCS
green screen user as you did ten years ago.

I don't condone it, but I truly do not believe that it's technical, it
is sales and marketing.
