As luck would have it, I have just taken on an assignment that may allow me to 
return
the favor.  The company I'm working with is looking for a brand new ERP system 
and you
can bet it's going to take a lot of convincing to go with the AS400 this time.  
If I've
got to learn a new language/software package anyway, the gate's going to be 
wide open
for all vendors, regardless of the machine they're pushing..
