Users can also turn off their green screen every time they hit enter, Ken.
This is where end user training comes in.  Although I wonder if you can't
even catch that keystroke with a simple Javascript.  But even if you can't,
I'm not going to program against a user doing an Alt-leftarrow.  I will
remove the Back button so they don't do it accidentally, but I'm not going
to worry about the "aggressively difficult" user.
