Thanks for the reply...  Here's what I know:

a) I'm pretty sure the OS is still on it and the disks were not erased.
b) checked all the cables and the cards, and everything seems to be tight.

I tried to perform the functions you suggested, but with the key in normal
mode, the only functions that are available are 1, 4, and 11??

Any more advice?  Greatly appreciated!
