9404-F10 (was Re: AS/400 9404 Model E10) -- MIDRANGE-L

Does anyone know what this code means?  I have a 9404-F10 that gives me
the same message (sadly, I do not have the key, but it's set to manual.)

If it's toast, is there any way to find out what parts might be usable
in another 9404-F10?  I have a working one also.
