Statistics are used to lead the reader where the statistician wants them to
go. Since you are looking at language environments rather than users, then
tell Al he's probably in the minority, are you equating Al to a language
environment? Or does IBM actually sell only 8% of its total AS/400's to
users who will most likely see 1/03/00?
