That is a good question for the people that tested your system. Also you might want to inquire as to how the differences[ if any] in date formats between your PCs and the AS/400 are handled.

You should know this for the future.

One other question.
Was there anyone form your firms staff involved in the testing and acceptance processes?
Contingency Planning?
