Oh.  Well, dang.

I see from the history log that some PTFs did not apply.

Specifically, 5716SS1, 5716QUI and 5716TC1.

Looking through the job log, I see that they did not apply
because there were temporary PTFs applied that needed
to be applied permanently.

Now I remember doing this last time just because, before
I applied new PTFs I permanently applied the old ones.  I
just didn't know it was a requirement.

Easy fix, I permanently apply temporary applied PTFs and
let the machine IPL on Friday.

Too bad the PTF documentation didn't remind me of this.
